Customer Service Statement
Crystal Candy strives to offer the very best customer service.
We genuinely want our customers to be pleased with the products they order and with our service because without customers we have no business.
- Faulty Products: products must be returned to the address below within 28 days of receipt. A full refund will be provided.
- Non Faulty Products: products must be returned to the address below within 28 days in the original and undamaged packaging and unused. A full refund will be provided.
- All products are sent by first class unrecorded Royal Mail or Airmail. Delivery is 3 - 5 working days.
- Lost Products: a delivery is deemed lost or stolen if not delivered within 10 working days of postage. If a delivery is lost or stolen and therefore undelivered after the 10 day deadline then Crystal Candy will replace the delivery within 48 hours.
- Registered Delivery: should a customer require registered post to ensure delivery then a quote can be provided by Crystal Candy UK based upon the customers order volume and weight, country and the speed of delivery needed. Please email email@example.com for a free quote.
